Referral Marketing Representative

Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, social workers, and case managers at skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities across the Omaha area. Conduct regular in-person visits and drop-ins to present EHC's value proposition, including the Sensi Co-Pilot and GUIDE Program, while acting as a trusted point of contact for referral partners. Track outreach activity, follow up consistently, and report on pipeline progress to identify new partnership opportunities. Collaborate with leadership on messaging and territory strategy, representing the agency at community events and in-service presentations as needed. This part-time role offers flexible hours, base pay plus commission, and mileage reimbursement for local travel.
