Job Summary
Referral intake & patient scheduling for therapy and medication management. Receive and enter referrals into Atlas customized platform, triage and tag service types (therapy, med mgmt, psych testing), contact patients same day to confirm service interest and insurance, match patient to correct provider based on insurance and location, schedule therapy and medication-management appointments, manage a 3-attempt follow-up queue over two weeks for unreached patients, field inbound callbacks from Therarep queue same business day, and discharge patients after 3 failed contact attempts with referring practitioner.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or related field
- Clinical literacy — familiarity with mental health service types and terminology
- 1+ year experience in medical or behavioral health administrative role
- Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills
- HIPAA knowledge and compliance awareness
