Referral Coordinator

Manage incoming calls, coordinate appointment scheduling, and conduct follow-up calls to support Methodist Medical Group clinics and the referral department. Serve as the primary liaison between referral departments, clinical practices, and the medical neighborhood to ensure seamless care coordination. Develop and maintain ongoing referral network strategies while assisting staff with coordination of care. Requires 40 hours per week, M-F schedule, and 8X5 day shift. This role supports a North Texas physician organization affiliated with Methodist Health System, which operates over 92 ambulatory clinics and a virtual care service.
