Coordinate referral requests and appointment communications using clerical and customer service skills. Organize requests from multiple locations, obtain pre-authorizations, and communicate appointment status. Requires at least one year of medical office experience and a high school diploma. Part of Baptist Health's clinical excellence team supporting over 1,800 employed providers across Kentucky and Indiana.
