Job Summary
The Referral Clinical Coordinator (RCC) plays a key role in assisting hospitals to identify and refer potential donors, managing referrals, and collaborating with medical teams. The RCC responds to donor referrals, establishes relationships with hospital staff, accesses medical records, and communicates effectively about referral progression. Essential duties include collaborating with hospital teams and internal partners during the donation process, performing documentation reviews, and precepting new staff. Required qualifications include an EMT, Paramedic, or LVN license, work experience in the medical field, and a valid driver's license. This full-time role features 12-hour night shifts and offers a salary range of $58,604-$70,707, along with various employee benefits.
Required Qualifications
