Job Summary
Responsible for managing and optimizing referral and affiliate marketing performance to meet monthly volume and payout targets. Grow active referral partners, affiliate channels, and strategic collaborations; design and execute activation campaigns to improve activation, conversion, and payout metrics. Maintain strong engagement with existing partners, identify new partnership opportunities across communities, retail, influencers, digital affiliates, and local networks; monitor funnel from leads to payout and ensure pipeline movement. Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies; coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, CRM, and Telemarketing for campaign execution and conversion improvements. Ensure referral incentives and affiliate commissions align with policy; conduct regular partner engagement and field activities; support acquisition strategy through online and offline referral channels to scale the business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from any major (preferably Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields)
- Minimum 4 years experience in Referral Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Partnership, Business Development, or Sales Acquisition
- Experience in fintech, banking, digital lending, e-commerce, or affiliate ecosystem industries preferred
- Strong understanding of referral funnel, affiliate marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization
- Experience handling partnership collaboration and external stakeholder management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capability
- Familiar with digital campaign activation and affiliate performance tracking
- Able to work with aggressive targets and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
- Willing to travel for business purposes if required
