Job Summary
Develop and refine the corporate strategy in collaboration with the CEO and management team while independently managing projects on strategy and corporate development. Support the CEO with the operational implementation of tasks and ad-hoc requests by creating analyses, concepts, decision proposals, and presentations. Prepare, conduct, and follow up on regular management meetings and workshops while keeping track of developments in the financial environment to derive impulses for the company. Work within an integrated team of experts across various disciplines to shape the future of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe's products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Abschluss eines Studiums in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Bereich

- Vertrautheit mit Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung
