Job Summary
Provide patients at home a suite of services (including Medical Device installation, training/coaching according to the patient's needs), to support them with their chronic diseases within the framework of the medical prescription as well as local regulations. Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to the local regulations, train the patient in the use of his equipment, provide feedback to the prescriber on the patient's autonomy, follow-up, and compliance with their treatment. Ensure the satisfaction of patients and prescribers as part of the follow-up of their treatment. Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance. Represent the company by guaranteeing a good Quality of Service with patients & prescribers and contribute to the development of the activity of its perimeter.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing: 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge in medical device installation
- Good communication skills and relationship with patients (Pedagogy, explanation, etc.)
