Job Summary
Manage and lead a team of approximately 15 logistics staff, including order preparers and forklift operators, while providing training and mentoring for new hires. Identify, analyze, and resolve on-site operational issues such as quality problems and flow errors. Actively participate in daily site activities including receiving, quality control, storage, and shipping. Work with flexible hours, potentially involving night shifts or variable schedules, with an hourly rate of 13.5€ and a 10% paid CET. Requires confirmed supervisory experience, CACES 1, 3, or 5 certifications, and the ability to work in temporary staffing arrangements.
