Coordinate the socio-professional integration of inmates recruited for workshops and general services, conducting preliminary interviews and participating in multidisciplinary commissions. Manage recruitment and job planning, organize collective information sessions, and evaluate candidates while co-constructing professional insertion paths from the moment of incarceration. Facilitate skill development by overseeing contractual training (AFEST, VAE) and maintaining a network of external partners for reintegration. Ensure administrative compliance by completing reporting tools and tracking the professional activity and training of detainees. Work closely with technical supervisors and detention actors to secure employment outcomes and reduce recidivism. Requires a clean criminal record, driver's license, and BAC+2 background.
