Job Summary
Coordinate the Currenta-wide Fire Protection 360° program by tracking measures, responsibilities, and risks while organizing site visits and effectiveness checks. Manage internal and external stakeholder communications with expert teams, insurers, and program leads. Develop and maintain status reports, management reports, and decision documents; ensure program documentation quality and continuously refine standards and processes. Analyze key metrics to support cost and resource management, driving successful program implementation. Requires an engineering or natural science degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent experience, with ideal background in fire service technical services. Fixed-term contract for two years with performance-based bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- einfach abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaften (Bachelor oder Master)
- eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektsteuerung/-management (> 10 Jahre)
- analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
- Erfahrung in der Projekt- oder Programmkoordination
- souverän, lösungsorientiert und überzeugend kommunizieren
- sicher im Umgang mit Kennzahlen, Reporting- und Dokumentenmanagementprozessen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Desired Qualifications
- Ausbildung für den gehobenen oder höheren feuerwehrtechnischen Dienst (z. B. Brandinspektor*in oder Brandassessor*in (m/w/d))
