Job Summary
Referent Accounting & Prozesse / Accounting Specialist (m/w/d) in Hamburg: responsible for international accounting processes, monthly/quarterly/year-end closes per HGB and US-GAAP, international reporting, account reconciliations, and continuous development of accounting processes with a focus on automation and SOX-related topics; acts as sparring partner to CFO and Head of Accounting within a hybrid work setup (office in Hamburg with Home Office days); requires completed commercial training or a finance/accounting degree (ideally Bilanzbuchhalter), strong Excel skills, and familiarity with DATEV/Lucanet/Oracle; must be fluent in English and German.
Required Qualifications
- completed commercial training or a degree in Finance/Accounting (kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium)
- knowledge of HGB and US-GAAP
- very good Excel skills
- experience with DATEV, Lucanet and/or Oracle (advantageous)
- English and German fluency (C1)
