Job Summary
Reference Test Clerk duties include preparing laboratory specimens for analysis, researching and resolving customer/specimen problems, sending test requests to proper locations and releasing results, assisting clients with specimen inquiries, processing specimens for outbound facilities, providing support to various lab areas, performing sample sorting/racking/retrieving, and maintaining logs and a clean, safe work environment. Requires high school diploma or GED; preferred Labcorp clinical lab experience. Must be comfortable handling biological specimens, able to identify specimens, perform basic data entry, communicate effectively, work independently or in a team, stay organized with attention to detail, and pass a color blindness test. First shift, part-time role in Englewood, CO with benefits for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to accurately identify specimens
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment
- Well organized and a high level of attention to detail
