Job Summary
Provide reference service to students, faculty, staff, and the general public while performing other professional duties as assigned. Utilize strong communication and research skills to deliver both face-to-face and virtual reference support, leveraging fluency in print and online library services. Work autonomously within a community college environment, applying experience in general reference and public service. Requires a Master's Degree in Library Science and two years of public service experience. Earned sick leave, pension eligibility, and 403B matching are included.
Required Qualifications

- Experience providing general reference in a library
- Experience with face-to-face and virtual reference modalities
- Experience at a community college
- Master's Degree in Library Science or equivalent from ALA accredited Library school
- 2 years public service experience (in any field)
