Reference Data Analyst - Fixed Term Contract

Job Summary
Analyze, interpret, and transform reference data for Equity and Funds securities across global markets by reviewing legal and financial documents, third-party reports, and vendor information. Own the end-to-end equity reference data lifecycle, including onboarding new securities, data maintenance, change management, and archival, while managing corporate actions impacts such as splits and mergers. Operate robust SLAs for timeliness, completeness, and data quality, utilizing ML/NLP techniques with a human-in-the-loop approach to deliver accurate securities data. Procure required content through direct outreach to issuers, underwriters, and bond counsel, and provide customer support to resolve inquiries for ICE product users. Identify trends in inaccurate data, research regulatory updates, and communicate insights to Product and Sales teams. Complete a two-month training program to master subject matter expertise and pass accuracy and timeliness metrics before independently analyzing documents in English and Vietnamese.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Vietnamese
- MBA/BS in Finance, Economics or equivalent practical experience
- 0-2+ years of relevant work experience from outside the organization directly working in reference data operations or customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressured, fluid environment
- Ability to distill large amounts of varied information into specific takeaways
- Excellent attention to detail
- High degree of demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong excel skills
