Job Summary
Group Manager - EIT - Cloud Lead responsible for end-to-end cloud management across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, including on-premises integration, infrastructure design/build documentation, and cost management. Oversees cloud services (VPC/VMs/Load balancers/Storage), migration and security, access management, high availability, and DR strategies. Manages incident resolution, SLA adherence, shift handovers, and coordination with external vendors; requires strong communication and willingness to learn new technologies. Candidate should have hands-on experience with virtualization hypervisors (VMware/Hyper-V), Windows/Active Directory, networking, and ITIL framework; 8+ years total with 6+ years cloud experience; BE/BSc/MSC/Graduate. Shift rotations (including night) are involved.
