Job Summary
Power BI & Python Analyst/Developer role targeting 2–6 years of experience. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports; building data models; writing DAX calculations and measures; performing data transformations with Power Query; integrating data from multiple sources (Excel, SQL, APIs, cloud platforms); ensuring report performance and data accuracy; publishing and managing reports in Power BI Service; developing Python scripts for data extraction, cleansing, validation, and automation; supporting advanced analytics (trend analysis, forecasting, statistical modeling is a plus); working with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn; automating recurring reports and data processes; collaborating with cross-functional teams; strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service)
- Proficiency in DAX and Power Query
- Intermediate to advanced Python programming skills
- Experience with SQL for querying relational databases
- Understanding of data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schema)
- Experience working with large datasets
- Soft skills: analytical thinking, problem solving, good communication, stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
