Job Summary
Provide reentry resources for incarcerated individuals pursuing Commutation and/or Parole; develop reentry plans and ensure resources are provided to clients after release; collaborate with multiple social service providers and community partners; communicate with families regarding hearings and updates; build relationships with justice-involved individuals to empower stability after release; liaise between local community organizations to develop resources; evaluate and analyze programs to identify best fits; collect and analyze data for statistical reports; monitor participation and intervene as needed; operate within the Project Commutation case management system; travel within Oklahoma to DOC facilities and Pardon and Parole Board hearings; full-time role based in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent lived experience
- Experience in case management and job readiness preparation within adult social services, especially with returning citizens
- Experience navigating social services resources, programs and benefit systems
- Ability to travel within-state to DOC facilities and attend Pardon and Parole Board hearings
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
