Job Summary
Redwoods Summer Associate is a 10-week MBA internship based in Denver where the Summer Associate leads a high-level strategic project across DaVita’s operations, strategy, finances, patient experience, and partnerships. The role involves ownership of the project, presenting results to senior leadership, collaborating within a cohort of 25–30 MBA interns, and participating in leadership development activities including executive sessions, dinners, and town halls with the CEO. The program offers exposure to senior leaders, mentorship, and potential consideration for a full-time Resident Leadership Development program after completion of the MBA.
