Job Summary
Conduct operational audits for assigned Benedictine communities, develop improvement plans, and manage leadership selection and performance. Recruit and hire qualified associates while adhering to affirmative action requirements. Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to execute tactical plans and develop budgets that ensure sustainability and profitability. Promote core values of hospitality, stewardship, respect, and justice in daily activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, and relevant administrator licensing; salary range $125,000-$140,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, health care administration, or a related field
- Ability to actively relate to the staff, board & community
- Strong leadership, human relations & communication skills
- Valid Driver's License as appropriate
- Acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine requirements
- Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the appropriate state
- Licensed where applicable or meets State specific criteria to operate housing
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of long-term care administrator experience
- Three (3) or more years of housing experience
