Job Summary
Lead onboarding, training, and coaching for the Reductions team while monitoring productivity, KPIs, and workflow performance. Conduct case and call audits to ensure quality and compliance, then prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership. Identify process improvements to support operational efficiency and promote accountability, teamwork, and high performance within the department. This role supports the Reductions Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent application of department procedures and team development. The position requires minimum 3 years of personal injury reductions experience and bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of personal injury reductions, lien resolution, medical bill reductions, or settlement closing experience within a plaintiff personal injury law firm
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading, training, mentoring, or supervising team members
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
- Strong experience using case management software, reporting tools, and productivity tracking metrics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Litify or Salesforce
- Experience auditing case files and employee performance
- Experience managing high-volume reductions workflows
- Demonstrated success improving team productivity and process efficiency
