Lead the accounting function and manage a seven-person team, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting for six subsidiaries across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles while developing internal controls to strengthen quality and risk management. Operate daily in M3 and Visma.net systems, leading improvement initiatives through Lean principles and process optimization. Coordinate cross-company accounting and oversee IFRS reporting to the Stockholm headquarters.
