Job Summary
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene care while supporting activities of daily living. Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and complete light housekeeping related to client care. Offer companionship and emotional support, ensuring the client maintains independence, dignity, and daily routine. Follow the care plan, document care accurately, and communicate client updates, concerns, and schedule needs to the office promptly. Fluent in Spanish is required for effective communication. Consistent weekly attendance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish speaking ability
- Reliable transportation to and from Bellevue
- Reliable phone access for work related communication
- Active Washington HCA, CNA, or NAC credential
- Current TB test or screening
- Current CPR certification
- Current Food Worker Card
- Valid government issued photo ID
- Ability to complete light housekeeping related to client care
- Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected
