Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, product launches, financial oversight, cash handling, and audits while driving sales through upselling and cross-selling. Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to maintain high customer satisfaction and NPS standards. Analyze performance data to identify trends and act on growth opportunities, partnering with marketing on local events and seasonal campaigns. Ensure the team stays current on products, promotions, and technology updates. This role supports Optimum Communications' fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services across 21 states.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of retail management experience
