Job Summary
Conduct underwriting and lease analysis for new projects and manage asset management for operating properties. Gather market research data on properties, transactions, and tenants, then input findings into appropriate databases. Support daily processes for development, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management by coordinating multiple projects and performing financial analysis. Work with highly seasoned professionals on Hines's top-quality assets to contribute to decisions impacting world-renowned properties.
Required Qualifications
- strong math and quantitative aptitude
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Current second-year and third-year
- final-year who will be immediately entering a graduate program
