Job Summary
Underwrite and analyze leases for new projects, manage asset operations, and conduct market research on properties, transactions, and tenants. Gather data on developments and input findings into appropriate databases. Support due diligence, financial analysis, and decision-making processes for acquisitions, dispositions, and development initiatives. Work with highly seasoned professionals on top-quality assets across living, office, retail, mixed-use, logistics, and life science sectors. Prioritize multiple projects and coordinate tasks while applying strong quantitative aptitude and problem-solving skills.
