Job Summary
Conduct underwriting for new projects and manage asset management for operating properties within the Commercial Real Estate Investment Management process. Vet potential investments, assist with market research on new product types, and investigate new business lines. Contribute to high-impact decisions through market research, due diligence, and financial analysis under the guidance of a manager and team. Complete a capstone project and present findings to Investment Management staff and leadership. Participate in an education itinerary featuring lunch & learns and tours with various Hines departments and properties. Gain daily exposure to highly seasoned real estate professionals working on top-quality assets.
Required Qualifications
- strong math and quantitative aptitude
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Creative problem solver
- Ability to prioritize/coordinate multiple projects
- Current second-year and third-year
- final-year who will be immediately entering a graduate program
