Job Summary
Underwrite and analyze new projects and operating assets, gathering data on properties, transactions, tenants, and developments for input into databases. Support market research, due diligence, and financial analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. Prioritize multiple projects while coordinating with highly seasoned professionals on Hines's top-quality assets across living, office, retail, mixed-use, logistics, and life science sectors.
Required Qualifications

- Creative problem solver
- Ability to prioritize/coordinate multiple projects
- Current second-year and third-year
