Job Summary
Conduct underwriting for new projects and manage operating assets within the Commercial Real Estate Investment Management process. Vet potential investments, research new markets and product types, and investigate new business lines. Perform market research, due diligence, and financial analysis to contribute to processes impacting Hines' top-quality assets. Collaborate with seasoned professionals to complete a capstone project, presenting findings to Investment Management staff and leadership at the summer's conclusion.
Required Qualifications
- strong math and quantitative aptitude
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Creative problem solver
- Ability to prioritize/coordinate multiple projects
- Current second-year and third-year
- final-year who will be immediately entering a graduate program
