Job Summary
Conduct underwriting and lease analysis for new projects and manage asset management for operating properties. Gather market data on properties, transactions, tenants, and developments, then input findings into appropriate databases. Support due diligence, financial analysis, and decision-making processes for Hines' top-quality assets across living, office, retail, mixed-use, logistics, and life science sectors. Work with highly seasoned professionals on assignments including new developments, acquisitions, and dispositions. Requires strong quantitative aptitude, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to prioritize multiple projects. Current sophomores, juniors, and seniors entering graduate programs are eligible.
