Job Summary
Assist guests with redeeming arcade points for prizes, verify points using the redemption system, maintain accurate records and a stocked redemption counter, and provide friendly, guest-focused service. Help guests select prize options, restock prizes as needed, keep the redemption area clean and safe, and support overall arcade operations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work in environments with loud noise, flashing lights, and repetitive motion
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
