Job Summary
Redemption Desk Attendant at Es Vedra Cinemas assists guests with redeeming arcade tickets/points for prizes, verifies points in the redemption system, maintains an organized redemption counter, restocks prizes, and helps guests choose options. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing prize information, ensuring accurate point balances, keeping the redemption area clean and hazards-free, and supporting overall arcade operations. Must be available to work holidays, nights, and weekends; role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a loud, high-energy environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
