Job Summary
Redemption Desk Attendant at Es Vedra Cinemas assists guests with redeeming points earned from arcade games for prizes, maintains accurate redemption records, restocks and displays prizes, ensures a seamless redemption process, and delivers friendly, guest-focused service while supporting overall arcade operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing information on prize options, verifying points using the redemption system, maintaining a tidy and stocked redemption counter, resolving guest issues, and collaborating with team members in a loud, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Hospitality-minded attitude
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Work calmly and execute duties under pressure
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
