Reddit Community Manager
RemoteUnited Arab Emirates
Job Summary
Build OpenArt's Reddit presence from the ground up, growing the subreddit into an active community of AI creators while setting ambitious weekly and monthly growth goals. Run experiments across content, distribution, and community programs to turn conversations into users and advocates, then track metrics like reach, engagement, and signups to double down on what works. Create recurring formats, challenges, and AMAs to drive organic participation, moderate the community without a corporate feel, and expand beyond our official subreddit by engaging in relevant AI and creator communities as a genuine member. Constantly monitor user sentiment, feature requests, and competitor trends to provide actionable insights for product and marketing teams, ensuring OpenArt remains impossible to ignore on Reddit.

- Write excellent, natural English and know how to sound like a person rather than a corporate account
- Understand generative AI and actively keep up with the space
- Move quickly without needing constant direction
- Take ownership when something isn't working instead of waiting for someone else to fix it
- Can go from an idea to execution without weeks of planning
- Have a 0-to-100 mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Have personally grown a subreddit or Reddit account
- Have built an online community from zero
- Have grown an organic channel with measurable traffic or user acquisition

- Use AI to move faster
