Job Summary
Own the Reddit community end-to-end by managing the subreddit, driving growth, and maintaining high engagement levels. Spot emerging GenAI trends, set content topics, and curate hot takes that resonate with the audience. Build partnerships with strong authors and launch a power users program to amplify community voice. Write daily across the platform with an instinct for tone that builds trust rather than appearing like an ad. Fully own the results of these initiatives without waiting for task assignments. This role sits within Higgsfield AI's Customer Experience team, shaping how users perceive the company as it scales to 25M+ users and powers 390 Fortune 500 brands.
Required Qualifications
- An active Reddit user who understands its culture from real experience
- The ability and desire to write a lot
- An instinct for tone — you feel what works and what reads instantly as an ad and kills trust
- A sense for what lands: why one post gets a thousand upvotes and another goes negative, and how that differs across a million-member sub versus a small local one with 5,000 members
- Startup mindset and an A-player approach — you don't wait for tasks, you see what needs to be done and do it. This is not a task-based role; you fully own the result
