Job Summary
Develop creative, practice-oriented concepts for digital care courses and e-learning materials that support caregivers in daily life. Draft storyboards for these courses and adapt content to match style and target audience needs. Collaborate closely with the content and graphic teams to continuously evolve the course offering. Support the marketing team with specific texts and informational materials tailored to the target group. Work within a hybrid model, meeting in the Berlin office once or twice weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Healthcare-Bereich (z. B. Medizin, Pflegepädagogik, Pflegewissenschaften) oder abgeschlossenes Studium in einem anderen Bereich mit Weiterbildung als Praxisanleiter
- Berufserfahrung in der praktischen stationären oder ambulanten Pflege
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in der deutschen Sprache
- hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortlichkeit
- Kreative Ideenvielfalt in der Vorbereitung von Lernmaterialien
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Methodenkompetenz
- Fähigkeit, sich in kurzen Zeiträumen in verschiedenste Fachgebiete einzuarbeiten
