Job Summary
Conduct advanced penetration tests and emulate sophisticated adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to simulate realistic cyber-attack scenarios. Develop custom tools using platforms like Metasploit, NMAP, and Cobalt Strike to exploit vulnerabilities across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments. Script and program in Python, C++, Java, or Assembly to support offensive operations and identify gaps in existing red team methodologies. Collaborate with blue teams to communicate findings and recommend mitigation strategies for mission-critical systems. Requires active TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of offensive cyber experience, and OSCP certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI CLEARANCE OR HIGHER
- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
- DoD 8570.01-M Baseline Certification, minimum SSCP Auditor level (in accordance with DFARS 252.239-7001)
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
- Minimum 10 years of full-time professional experience in penetration testing and/or offensive cyber operations
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in Offensive tool development and exploitation
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in Threat simulation and red team engagements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in Use of varied operating systems and security tools
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in Scripting and exploit development
- Experience with threat intelligence integration
- Familiarity with cyber kill chain and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
- Experience working in highly secure or government environments
- Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours
- Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes
- Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities
- Accept and adapt to additional responsibilities or changes to assigned duties as determined by DirectViz Solutions (DVS)
Desired Qualifications
- Plus one of the following: Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE), Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE), Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP)
