Red Team Operator

Conduct comprehensive threat emulation exercises by actively simulating cyber-attacks to uncover vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform purple team operations and lateral movement assessments within target environments. Emulate threat actors by replicating their techniques, tactics, and procedures to identify defensive gaps, while developing custom scripts and tools to mimic real-world attacks. Perform reconnaissance activities to gather intelligence on potential targets and test cloud-based environment configurations and data protection mechanisms. Document and communicate findings, risks, and actionable recommendations in clear reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role reports to a Director of Cybersecurity within the Information Security Department, focusing on assessing the organization's overall security posture through advanced penetration testing and adversary simulation.
