Job Summary
Program Manager for Red Shield Youth Center responsible for planning and directing center-wide program services, supervising staff and volunteers, developing and monitoring program curricula, ensuring safety and compliance with Youth Center standards, coordinating with the Site Director on staff training and partnerships, managing grant/reporting requirements and budgets, and transporting youth as needed to activities and events; requires collaboration with Salvation Army Officers to provide an engaging environment that supports youth development and leadership, and may include after-hours involvement for events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- Two (2) years’ work experience planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
