Job Summary
Program Manager for Red Shield Youth Center leads and directs center-wide program services with supervision of staff and volunteers, ensures safety and quality of programs, coordinates training and onboarding, collaborates with partners, manages program data and reporting, supports budgeting and grant reporting, and oversees youth development activities to achieve positive outcomes. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of relevant supervision/planning experience, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification; expects 25 hours per week, including some evenings/weekends, and may involve transporting youth and staff. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, develop program curricula, ensure Safe from Harm standards, engage with families and community organizations, and manage program operations within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- Two (2) years’ work experience planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
