Job Summary
Set up and operate machine tools such as CNC, manual lathes, and milling machines to produce components to specified tolerances. Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and sketches while using precision measuring instruments and hand tools. Maintain equipment and supplies, keeping detailed records of production. Knowledge of Haas and Fanuc controls is a plus. Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm, and Friday to Sunday, 5:15am-5:45pm, with overtime compensation to reach 40 hours.

- Red Seal Machinist
- 2nd to 4th Apprentice
- Monday to Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm
- Friday to Sunday, 5:15am-5:45pm
- Set up and operate machine tools such as CNC, Manual Lathes, Milling machines, etc.
- Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and sketches
- Use a variety of machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and follow written procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Good documentation and organization skills
- Clear communication written and spoken English
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Haas and Fanuc controls
