Job Summary
Assist in providing a superior dining experience by clearing and setting tables, stocking and maintaining bus stations, handling clean linens from the laundry, stocking silverware and dishware, and ensuring sanitation. Set up and clean bus stations, deliver beverages, restock water glasses and cups, and follow health and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized work area and support management with assigned side duties to uphold Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s ELITE service standards in a fine-dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Experience in a restaurant service traditional Chinese cuisine is preferred
- Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
