Job Summary
Represent the Red Bull brand by interacting daily with consumers and customers, offering products and managing the campus brand image. Develop and execute innovative campus plans to engage students, while building networks with regional figures and fostering brand loyalty through authentic social media content. Participate in sponsored events to create memorable experiences and collaborate with sales teams to secure new distribution points on campus. Report activities via an online platform and contribute regional insights to the Red Bull Media Business. Requires full-time student status, German and English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and availability for evening and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Eingeschriebene(r) Student(in) an einer Universität oder Hochschule
- Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Charismatische, dynamische, positive und offene Persönlichkeit
- Freude daran, bei zahlreichen Gelegenheiten Kontakte zu unterschiedlichen Menschen zu knüpfen
- Aktive Beteiligung am Studentenleben und ein tiefgründiges Know-How der Universität, Stadt und Region, einschließlich aller (weniger) bekannten Hot-Spots
- Kreativität und Unternehmergeist in Kombination mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und großer Eigeninitiative
- Die Fähigkeit, Teilzeitbeschäftigung und Studium zu vereinen und idealerweise gelegentlich abends sowie am Wochenende verfügbar zu sein
- Hohes Interesse daran, neue Kenntnisse zu erlangen sowie anzuwenden, insbesondere im Bereich Marketing, Verhandlung und Vertrieb
- Gut vernetzt mit einer Vielzahl einflussreicher Gruppen und Personen am Campus
- Begeisterung für die Marke und das Produkt Red Bull
- gültigen Führerschein
