Job Summary
Account Manager/Sales Relief for Red Bull in Baton Rouge territory. Responsible for growing market share, sales volumes, distribution, revenues, and profitability within the assigned sales territory; identify new business opportunities; manage in-store and on-premise merchandising, pricing, and promotions; build and maintain internal and external customer relationships; deliver best-in-class customer service; handle extended hours as needed; operate with independence and strong attention to detail while complying with company policies. Requires a 21+ age, a bachelor's or equivalent experience, at least 1 year of sales experience (beverage industry preferred), a valid LA driver's license and reliable vehicle, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork skills, and readiness to work with limited supervision. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Undergraduate college degree or acceptable position-related experience level
- Minimum one (1) year of sales experience (beverage industry preferred)
- Valid Louisiana driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle for regular business use
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Promotes CCD teamwork and practices ethical conduct
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Reports to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent
- Extended hours may be required as service needs dictate
- Ability to work under stress
- Ability to perform tasks on a computer
- Repeatedly bending, walking, standing, twisting and turning
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
