Recycling Warehouse Associate (Temp to Hire) performs material handling and sorting of recyclables, including aluminum cans and empty beer kegs; tracks counts and maintains redemption records; operates pallet jacks and assists with light equipment; maintains a clean, safe work environment; collaborates with warehouse team and follows supervisor directions; physical ability to lift 40 pounds and endure 8–10 hour shifts in a warehouse environment; full-time hours with potential overtime during peak periods; on-site in Secaucus, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in warehouse, recycling, or material handling
- Forklift certification is a plus (training available)
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Strong reliability and work ethic
