Recycling Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Recycling Maintenance Supervisor oversees the 2nd shift Maintenance Department at the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), leading preventive maintenance programs, coordinating equipment and facilities upkeep, and directing maintenance staff to ensure safe, efficient operation. Responsibilities include planning and administering maintenance standards, minimizing unscheduled downtime, coordinating with project engineers for equipment/facility modifications, overseeing transportation equipment maintenance, conducting cost analyses to reduce operating costs, defining performance objectives for the Maintenance Department, managing spare parts and supplies, and providing leadership/training to MRF Maintenance Technicians to meet corporate goals and ensure compliance with company standards.
