Job Summary
Oversee daily recycling line operations, lead line operators and forklift drivers, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime. Monitor workflow, track production output, and enforce OSHA-compliant safety practices while addressing operational challenges. Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and training support to promote accountability and workplace safety. Operate a forklift as needed and maintain accurate production records. Requires forklift experience, ability to lift 40 pounds, and flexible scheduling including overtime. This leadership role drives efficiency and continuous improvement within a growing recycling facility focused on sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, recycling, warehouse, or industrial operations
- Forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
