Recycling Facility DePack Forklift Operator

Operate forklifts daily to transport, stage, and load/unload recyclable materials while leading shift operations within the depackaging area. Monitor production targets and report daily metrics, support equipment maintenance and cleaning to reduce downtime, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and maintenance teams to ensure workflow efficiency. Requires forklift certification or experience, 1–3 years in industrial or recycling operations, and ability to lift 50 lbs in dusty, noisy conditions. Full-time on-site role at Lautenbach Recycling's Mount Vernon facility with company-paid medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
