Job Summary
Recycling Drivers service assigned route(s), haul and unload acceptable recycling materials, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintain route sheets, and interact professionally with customers. Requires operating a truck safely, lifting/carrying up to 75 lb receptacles 300–800 times daily, and complying with local/state/federal regulations. CDL experience preferred; strong maps/communication skills and English proficiency are needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least a valid Class B CDL
- Must have a valid DOT Medical Card or able to obtain prior to hire
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years
- Must not have any DUI's or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
- Must be able to read and speak the English language
