Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service at TOMRA’s Recycling Centre; maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment; perform cleaning and maintenance of reverse vending machines and sorting equipment; ensure efficient operation by replacing collection bins as needed; monitor for hazards and raise concerns; perform ad-hoc duties as required by management; represent TOMRA positively as the face of TOMRA in Australia; visible responsibilities include assisting customers, ensuring a great experience, and upholding a strong safety and environmental focus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in face-to-face customer service
- Be physically fit, some manual lifting will be required
- Safety champion, everyone deserves to return home safely
- Keen eye for detail and motivation to maintain a clean work environment
